Thousands of students have graduated from this prestigious Institution & are serving humanity in different parts of the globe. It is my proud privilege to serve this Institution once again after 25 years of my service outside. I feel honored to be elected as President of this elite Association, unanimously. It is my pleasant duty to complement all the Alumni who have excelled in their fields in different parts of the world. Graduates of Lady Hardinge Medical College are serving the Global Community. Their contribution in the field of education, science and social interactions has been commendable. They have adhered to their motto of this institution, “PER ARDUA AD ASTRA”. It is an incentive to the remaining Alumni to enroll themselves as Life Members. Let us together be a force that will bring excellence to our collective, and individual existence and bring glory to our Alma Mater. It is an honor for me to invite you all to the elite & revered Alumni Annual Luncheon meeting on the 20th of December 2009. This year we propose to felicitate senior Alumni “GOLDEN JUBILEE” Batch (graduates of 1959) and earlier batches. Please give wide publicity to your colleagues & friends. The graduates of 1984 will also be felicitated (“SILVER JUBILEE” Batch). The 3rd Sunday of December has been fixed for the Annual Meet every year. Lila G Keswani Oration has also been fixed on the same day. Suggestions from Alumni will be welcome regarding any voluntary activities, camps, workshops, etc. It is my earnest appeal to all Alumni to become life members & contribute generously & strengthen the hands of the secretariat to carry on with various activities & financial support to needy students. In the end, I wish you all a very Happy & a fruitful 2010 & share with you the pride of being a privileged student of LHMC, an Institution of distinction and repute.
